Pluck
A Chrome extension that turns travel confirmations, event invitations, and scheduling documents into Google Calendar events — without manual copy-pasting.
Built for assistants, agents, and anyone managing a high volume of scheduling documents.
Add to ChromeHow it works
Drop a file, paste a screenshot, or scan the page you're on. Pluck extracts dates, times, locations, and confirmation numbers, then shows them as editable cards. Review, adjust, and add them to your Google Calendar in one click.
What it handles
- Travel documents — flight confirmations, hotel bookings, and charter trip sheets, including multi-passenger itineraries with seat assignments
- Events — dinners, meetings, interviews, press schedules, performances, and appointments from emails, pages, or screenshots
- Gmail attachments — a "Send to Pluck" button on messages with PDFs or images lets you extract directly, without downloading
- Google Calendar — events are added to the calendar you choose, with location, notes, and confirmation details pre-filled
Permissions & data
Pluck only acts when you click something. It does not run in the background or scan your inbox.
- Google Calendar (create events) — used to create events when you click "Add to Calendar"
- Google Calendar (read calendar list) — used to show the list of your calendars so you can choose which one to add events to
- Google account email — used to show which account is signed in, so you know where events will be created
- Gmail (read-only) — used only on the single message you click "Send to Pluck" on, to read its attachment
- Active tab — used only when you click "Scan this page for events"
- Google Drive (optional) — used only if you choose to attach the source PDF to a calendar event
Documents are sent to Google's Gemini API for extraction and are not stored, logged, or shared. Your Google account tokens are stored locally in your browser only. Pluck has no backend server.
